Ambrosia Silver Maple Shallow Wide Lip Bowl

Ambrosia Silver Maple Shallow Wide Lip Bowl

$190.42

A common species throughout Denver and in Park Hill, Silver Maple was planted in the 1880s and later because it was a fast-growing shade tree for Denver’s wide open plains. As this species aged into into 6 decades and beyond, it hollows out and sadly collapses in wind and heavy snowstorms.

This bowl has Ambrosia color features, a cross-cut branch feature and Chatoyance—a pearlescent sheen created when woodgrains layer over one another and reflect light.

It’s a semi-hard wood, and makes some lovely bowls!

Great for one big salad serving or two loaded up, it holds fruit or your favorite things.

This shape is available in this species and others.

Pricing includes Denver + Colorado tax @ 8.81%, and it’s available at the Park Hill Art Festival or after.
